ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL COUNCIL
A new addition to Halcyon’s MUN, the Economic and Social Council or simply ECOSOC is responsible for promoting higher standards of living, full employment, and economic and social progress. Moreover, ECOSOC searches for solutions to international social, economic and health problems and facilitates international cultural and educational cooperation.
