HalcyonMUN is entirely student led, and the backbone of that structure is our Board of Directors. This team handles everything from long term planning to on the ground execution, taking responsibility for logistics, policy development, marketing, finance, operations, and the overall vision of the organization. They are the people who ensure that every conference not only functions but grows in scale, ambition, and quality year after year. Their work covers months of preparation, countless meetings, and constant problem solving to maintain the standard our community expects.

With every academic year, the Board evolves as new students step into leadership roles. Each new member brings their own ideas, perspective, and momentum which helps shape the direction of the organization and keeps HalcyonMUN innovative and adaptable. This blend of returning experience and new leadership is what allows us to expand our events, introduce new initiatives, and continuously refine the delegate experience.
