Delegate & Chair Handbook

Please find below the Delegate & Chair Handbooks. The HLISMUN organization strongly advises all visiting students, MUN Directors, and Student Officers to at minimum, briefly familiarize themselves with the content outlined, as it is possible that there may be deviations in debate/rules of procedure to previous years or similar conferences.

The Delegate Handbook serves primarily as a guide for new delegates on how to debate, submit resolutions, and familiarize themselves with proceedings.

The Chair Handbook should be used by visiting Student Officers to familiarize themselves with our Rules of Procedure.
