Our Impact
HalcyonMUN’s impact extends beyond the conference itself. By working with schools across London and beyond, we help make Model United Nations more accessible to students who may not otherwise have the opportunity to take part in formal debate, diplomacy, or global affairs education.
Through affordable registration, school partnerships, and support for both new and experienced delegates, HalcyonMUN helps schools introduce students to political literacy practically and engagingly. Delegates do not just learn about international issues; they learn how to research complex topics, understand different perspectives, speak with confidence, negotiate respectfully, and develop solutions through cooperation.
We believe political literacy should not be limited to those with prior experience, specialist knowledge, or access to expensive programmes. HalcyonMUN exists to bridge that gap, giving young people from different backgrounds the tools to understand the world around them and the confidence to take part in shaping it.

HalcyonMUN helps schools offer students a high-quality diplomacy and debate experience without needing to build a full programme from scratch. We support both established MUN societies and schools new to Model United Nations by providing a structured, professional, and accessible conference experience that students can learn from and enjoy.
