At HalcyonMUN, we strive to provide the best possible experience to all of our attendees. Despite our best efforts to do this, however, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. As we continue to develop and improve as an organization, we recognize how pivotal continuous feedback and accountability are.

If you would like to report a member of our conference staff (including Student Officers/Chairs), please fill out the form on the right-hand side of the screen. Aim to provide as much detail as possible, and any additional information that might be helpful to us.

We will always handle disputes with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality in order to ensure and protect the interests of all parties involved.

This form is completely anonymous; however, please note that if we are unable to gather more details on the incident, it may be void.
