At the core of our operations lies our commitment to ensuring every student has the opportunity to attend a Model United Nations conference. To uphold this mission, we keep our fees as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of experience for all participants.

Non-Affiliated Student Entry (NAS): £20*
Entry Affiliated with Academic Institution (Private): £20
Entry Affiliated with Academic Institution (State): £15**
Student Officer (Chair) Entry: £20***
Entry Affiliated with International Institution (Outside of the UK): £35
Additional Fees
Handling & Administration: £15****
*NAS students are not eligible for discounts.
**State schools refer to publicly funded, non-fee-charging educational institutions.
***Student Officer participation is subject to approval following a successful application via our website.
****As a student-led organization, we rely on limited time and resources to manage the many applications, logistical, and administrative efforts associated with putting on an event of this magnitude. This fee is only applicable to groups of ten (10) or more and is automatically added to whichever invoice is settled first (1st). This fee is non-refundable and is treated independently to other fees.
Our fees are VAT inclusive; we do not incur additional fees beyond those stated above.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be confirmed before January 31st of the conference year. Attendance is not confirmed until both the deposit and the final invoice have been paid, and schools understand that an outstanding balance remains until the final invoice is fully settled before the conference.
