At the core of our operations lies our commitment to ensuring every student has the opportunity to attend a Model United Nations conference. To uphold this mission, we keep our fees as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of experience for all participants.
Delegate Fees
Non-Affiliated Student Entry (NAS): £20
Entry Affiliated with Academic Institution (Private): £20
Entry Affiliated with Academic Institution (State*): £15
Student Officer (Chair) Entry: £20**
Entry Affiliated with International Institution (Outside the UK): £35
*State schools refer to publicly funded, non-fee-charging educational institutions. **Student Officer participation is subject to approval following a successful application.
Deposits & Cancellations
Visiting student officers pay 100% of their individual fee as a deposit, whilst regular delegates pay 50%, but both are still billed together as part of the same deposit invoice issued to the academic institution.
This deposit is invoiced separately from the final bill, is strictly non-refundable, and will be deducted from the school’s total invoice once they are ready to settle the full amount. If a school requests additional delegates after paying the deposit, the Board of Directors will decide whether an extra deposit is required or if the school will proceed directly to the final invoice; all additional slots are subject to BOD approval on a first-come, first-served basis, and we reserve the right to adjust final allocations for affiliated schools.
Cancellations must be confirmed before January 31st of the conference year. Attendance is not confirmed until both the deposit and the final invoice have been paid, and schools understand that an outstanding balance remains until the final invoice is fully settled before the conference.
