Cancellations must be confirmed before January 31st of the conference year. Please note that cancellation deadlines may change depending on the attendance type (international, NAS, etc).
Deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Attendance is not confirmed until both the deposit and the final invoice have been paid, and schools understand that an outstanding balance remains until the final invoice is fully settled before the conference.

*NAS students are not eligible for discounts.

***Student Officer participation is subject to approval following a successful application via our website.
****As a student-led organization, we rely on limited time and resources to manage the many applications, logistical, and administrative efforts associated with putting on an event of this magnitude. This fee is only applicable to groups of ten (10) or more and is automatically added to whichever invoice is settled first (1st). This fee is non-refundable and is treated independently to other fees.
Our fees are VAT-inclusive; we do not incur any additional fees beyond those stated above.
