Please find below our general policies and governance as an organization. The HLISMUN organization strongly advises all visiting students, MUN Directors, and Student Officers to at minimum, briefly familiarize themselves with the content outlined, as it is possible that there may be deviations in debate/rules of procedure to previous years or similar conferences.

The Delegate Handbook serves primarily as a guide for new delegates on how to debate, submit resolutions, and familiarize themselves with proceedings.

The Policies document outlines policies and key conference information, such as attendance, dress code, and more.

The “General Terms & Policies” document contains additional pertinent information on the topics of dress codes, logistics, and safeguarding. All teachers attending HLISMUN are encouraged to read this information. All applicants will be asked to acknowledge that they understand our general terms & policies, including those relating to fees and conditions of attendance. Attendance at our events constitutes agreement to all associated policies and terms, including those from Halcyon School.

ℹ️ All new applications on behalf of organizations from the 30th of January onwards are subject to the new “Handling & Administration” fee(s), if applicable.
